Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive Bagdogra / NJP — transfer to Gangtok

Arrive at Bagdogra Airport or NJP and drive to Gangtok (approx. 4–5 hours). Check in at your hotel. Evening free for MG Marg cafés and local markets. Overnight in Gangtok.

Day 2: Tsomgo Lake day excursion

After breakfast, head to Tsomgo Lake for glacial views and mountain air. Visit Baba Mandir when open and permitted. Return to Gangtok by evening. Overnight in Gangtok.

Day 3: Gangtok city & heritage sightseeing

Half-day or full-day Gangtok sightseeing covering popular stops such as Tashi View Point, Flower Exhibition Centre, Do Drul Chorten and the Namgyal Institute of Tibetology (timings permitting). Free evening on MG Marg. Overnight in Gangtok.
